Meet the Man

James Zimmer began his love affair with exacting service and catering to every discerning whim of his clients, when he was just seven years old.

His arena was the bustling streets of Manhattan where James cut his proverbial teeth as a purveyor of quality fruit. His street stall quickly became a magnet for New York’s discriminating array of businessmen, socialites and everyone who loved a refreshing hit of fruity vitamin C.

After graduating with a catering management degree he went on to work in some of the world’s finest hotels and catering establishments, all the while developing and perfecting his expertise.

James headed across the Atlantic and enrolled on a second degree in catering and hotel management. He quickly absorbed the deliciously eclectic European approaches to both food and service and while doing so, James spotted a distinct gap in the London market for a kosher caterer of unrivalled distinction.

“I’m passionate about service, people and food – as is every single member of my team,” says James. “And I like to think I bring a bit of New York passion to the discerning mouths and minds of London.”
